Stephen Smith - Construction Manager/ Estimator

Stephen has 15+ years of experience in the electrical industry, with exposure to a broad range of areas including construction, fit out, preventative and breakdown maintenance, solar, communications, critical infrastructure, industrial and domestic.

Most recently, Stephen has worked in leadership roles, specifically as a project manager and estimator. It is Stephen’s versatility and ability to prioritize tasks that makes him an efficient, accurate and trustworthy estimator.

Previous to this, Stephen had worked majority of his career in middle management roles in commercial construction, providing him the means to understand all aspects needed in a range of projects.

Stephen also has valuable skills in developing and maintaining professional relationships with builders, suppliers and sub-contractors. Stephen’s timely, open and honest communication is appreciated by his colleagues and clients alike.

Stephen prides himself on his precise and specialized knowledge of the industry, specifically standards and regulations, so that he can deliver accurate and highly specific quotes.

Stephen has taken the role of Construction Manager at Emerald Electrical with both hands and is a dedicated to continuing to grow the business.
